Having started his career as an Options Trader for BZW and ALC Credit Lyonnais, Andrew moved into recruitment and founded, grew and successfully exited from several high profile recruitment companies before moving into the world of M&A having experienced both the 'Sell' and 'Buy' side from a client's perspective. Ex-Group Managing Director of Haymarket, European Director for Volt, Group Operations Director for Multi Group PLC and more recently CEO for Hong Kong based 24SG.

Andrew is now a Board Director at AA Chase and heads up the M&A practice, specialising in recruitment, financial markets and banking activities.

With over 15 years experience within Capital Markets he has an extensive network of relationships within  both the ‘Buy’ and ‘Sell’ side. He acts on behalf several Family Offices/ UHNW individuals and has been responsible for some significant deals globally.He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring of all AA Chase Transactions. Jat is also a board member of the Cola Foundation a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation that is increasing the educational standards.

Jat now heads up Client Acquisitions and Capital raising at AA Chase. His areas of speciality include Family Offices, Financial Markets, Disruptive Technology and Recruitment.

Arif is our Senior Head Fund Advisor at AA Chase and is also the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Phoenix Investment Partners, a UK based Hedge Fund

Formerly an experienced M&A banker at Rothschild, Arif has completed over 30 M&A deals across the globe

•       Served as a senior banker in the Industrials M&A team which was ranked number 1 in UK and Europe for 4 consecutive years

•       Provided advice to large and mid-cap companies on M&A and other special situations (Spin-Offs, Partial Stakes)

•       Wide based experience in the Equities markets, Debt Markets and restructurings

•       Extensive corporate finance and technical expertise (including Takeover Code, UKLA, SEC) in Western Europe and North America

Arif holds an MSc. And BSc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and is an associate in the Institute of Economic Affairs and Chatham House as well as being a patron of SOS Children’s Villages, a non-profit charit.

Omar is a seasoned private banker with 15 years' international experience. He began his career with Commerzbank AG in Prague in 2000 following completion of his studies in the UK. In 2007 he was headhunted by BNP Paribas in Zurich and was in charge of the CEE market. Later he was also also responsible for the Asian and Indian markets. In 2013 he joined Banque Cantonale de Geneve in Zurich as the head of CEE. In October 2015 he joined a Zurich based independent asset manager in order to better serve his demanding clientele.

Omar holds a BSc. in Business Economics from Queen Mary College, London. He also studied law at Manchester Metropolitan University and the College of Law in London.
